Built by parents. Trusted by professionals.
Parent Rated Provision started as a directory for families — but the same honest, moderated reviews and safeguarding evidence are just as useful for the professionals who support them. Social workers, SENCOs, schools and Local Authorities use us to find, compare and signpost trusted provision.
Who it's for
One directory, many use cases — all built on the same parent-verified foundation.
Social workers & family support
Find mentoring, youth work and family services with genuine parent feedback — not just a marketing page.
SENCOs & school leaders
Signpost families to tutors, alternative provision and SEND-specialist providers you can stand behind.
Local Authorities & commissioners
Discover local providers with safeguarding evidence in one place, and hear how families rate them.
Why professionals use us
We are not an inspectorate and we don't replace your own due diligence — but we surface the two things that are hardest to find: what families actually experienced, and whether a provider has evidenced the basics of safeguarding.
- Every review submitted by a real parent or carer and moderated before publishing
- Tier 2 Safeguarding Verified providers evidence identity, insurance and DBS checks
- Providers can respond to reviews but cannot edit, hide or pay to remove them
- Filter by location, age range, specialism and verification status
Safeguarding Verified — Tier 2
Providers with the Tier 2 badge have submitted evidence of identity, insurance and enhanced DBS checks, reviewed by our team. Look for the green badge on any listing.

Parent Rated Provision is a directory and review platform — we do not inspect, regulate or accredit providers. Verification checks safeguarding evidence at a point in time and does not replace your own commissioning, safer-recruitment or due-diligence processes.
